You know when you read a book and know instantly that you will not forget it, it will hold a piece of you heart...WELL THIS IS THAT BOOK!!!
Hooked from beginning to end, this book was an emotional rollecoaster that opened up a full mix bag of emotions.
Ryan and Alana fell in love 5 years ago and after spending a perfect night together, Alana woke up alone with no sign of Ryan. His leaving left Alana a broken woman who vowed to never give her heart away again or at least the pieces that remained. Already having walls built up, opening up and giving herself to Ryan was not an easy thing however he made it feel easy, he made her feel safe and now she just feels empty.
5 Years later Alana is celebrating her cousins bachelorette party, when she comes face to face with Ryan again. The man who stole Alana's heart never to return it is a stripper and he awakens something in her.
They needed to talk and it was never going to be easy. When Ryan explains what happened that morning after that special night it was hard to hear but easy to forgive. He had his reasons and they were pretty big. Ryan's love for Alana was never a question she owned him then and still does now but they have a lot to move past if they want a HEA.
