REVIEW
I enjoyed Precious Consequences. It has a decent plot line with a great relate-able cast. Haley made plenty of mistakes one of which lead to the most precious consequences of all her beautiful daughter Arianna. Bring a single parent is hard enough but a teen single parent is extremely difficult, not only does all her so-called friends snubs and turn their backs on her but she also had no family support apart from her loving and fun grandmother.
Now her little bundle of joy is two Hayley has decided to finally continue with her education. Love and finding a boyfriend is furthest thing from her mind. But when she lays eyes on Cameron the can only hope but with a baby she feels once he founds out he won't want anything more than friendship from her.
Cameron carries a world of guilt around with him, from an incident that took 2 years prior place. Now uses women that he does not care about because he no longer feels worthy of love. However the day he saw Hayley bending over her car something inside him shifted. Hope springs within him as a friendship blossoms between them and its clear that being just friends is not enough for them with the intense chemistry that simmers and flow around them.
Before they have a chance to really begin her biggest fears are realised when Cameron finds out about her daughter and has a bad reaction the exact one she knew he would have.
When Cameron realises just how grave how his mistake is in regards to his reaction to Aria. Can he turn things things around and win back Hayley?
Will their new relationship survive when he learns of her past?
Overall Precious Consequences is a really good book with struggles that are reflective of our current society.
